Our portfolio includes utility-scale wind farms, solar PV, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and pumped-storage hydro with individual projects ranging from 15 MW to over 250 MW. Each development is designed not only as a clean energy asset, but as part of a broader regional concept. We actively collaborate with local communities to identify specific needs and priorities and then build complex, place-based solutions that integrate clean 2power with green-powered industrial zones, affordable sustainable housing, educational and civic infrastructure, and nature-positive design.
Each of these components is developed with the goal of being economically viable as a standalone project. But when combined, they generate powerful synergies: shared infrastructure, economies of scale, and mutually reinforcing benefits across sectors. This holistic, multi-technology, community-first approach allows Verdegress to create resilient, future-proof infrastructure that delivers long-term value to investors, municipalities, and society as a whole.
Wind power is one of the most cost-effective and scalable forms of clean energy but to reach its full potential, it must be smarter, faster, and more locally integrated. In Central Europe, wind is a natural complement to solar with seasonal generation profiles that balance each other throughout the year. While solar PV remains an optional component, battery storage is becoming essential for grid stability and project economics.
That’s why our wind projects are designed as hybrid systems: combining large-scale onshore turbines with battery storage, optional solar PV, and often local development aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) such as supporting local entrepreneurship, EV infrastructure, or social housing.
In regions with strong wind resources we are developing multiple wind clusters totaling over 200 MW, each tailored to the local landscape, community needs, and grid capacity. We work closely with municipalities to deliver community benefits, earn public trust, and create long-term regional value.
